风险管理模式在消化科老年患者的应用研究

Application of Risk Management Model in Geriatric Patients

目的 分析风险管理模式在消化科老年患者的应用效果.方法 选择在该院消化科老年患者84例作为研究对象,所有患者的病例选取时间均在2018年4月—2019年9月期间.其中根据两种不同的管理模式将患者进行分组,其中对照组患者主要进行传统护理管理,观察组患者主要进行风险管理模式,对比分析两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度、不良事件发生率以及护理质量评分等方面的差异.结果 观察组护理效果为95.24%,高于对照组73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理满意度为97.62%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组发生记录错误、环境菌落数超标、护理纠纷等不良事故发生率为7.14%,低于对照组26.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的消毒隔理、常规护理、诊疗护理等护理质量评分分别为(94.57±3.52)分、(96.35±2.53)分、(96.57±2.84)分,也均要高于对照组(73.28±5.87)分、(81.31±1.24)分、(77.18±2.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 风险管理模式在消化科老年患者的应用效果显著,能够有效提高临床整体护理质量,减少护理风险的发生.

Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management mode in elderly patients with gastroenterology.Methods 84 elderly patients in the Department of Gastroenterology of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The case selection period of all patients was from April 2018 to September 2019.The patients were grouped according to two different management models.The control group patients mainly performed traditional nursing management,and the observation group patients mainly performed risk management models.The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed for their nursing effects,nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,and Nursing quality score and other differences.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than the control group of 73.81%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than the 78.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events such as recording errors,excessive environmental colony counts,and nursing disputes in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than the control group 26.19%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group scores of qualities of nursing such as disinfection,conventional nursing,and nursing care were(94.57±3.52)points,(96.35±2.53)points,(96.57±2.84)points,which were also higher than those of the control group(73.28±5.87)points,(81.31±1.24)points,(77.18±2.58)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management model in elderly patients with gastroenterology has significant effects,which can effectively improve the quality of overall clinical care and reduce the occurrence of nursing risks.
