精细化管理对手术室护理质量及手术效率的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Refined Management on Nursing Quality and Operating Efficiency in the Operating Room

目的 探讨精细化管理对手术室护理质量及手术效率的影响.方法 将该院2017年1—12月的40名手术室护理人员,随机分为常规管理组、精细化管理组.常规管理组护士给予常规护理管理措施,精细化管理模式组开展精细化管理模式.手术结束后,比较其两组手术的护理质量情况及手术效率.结果 精细化管理组的护理人员对手术室护理管理的满意度是100.00%(20/20),常规管理组则是80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.64,P<0.05).管理前两组负面情绪的评估结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后精细化管理组负面情绪的评估结果优于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).精细化管理组手术效率的相关指标(手术准备的平均时间、手术接送的时间、每台手术的时间)优于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).精细化管理组手术室护理质量评估结果(手术室无菌情况、健康教育质量、物品管理质量、护理记录质量、物品管理质量、基础护理质量)高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 手术室实施精细化管理模式效果确切,可提高手术护理质量和手术效率,减轻护理人员的不良情绪,提高护理人员满意度.

Objective To explore the effect of refined management on the quality of nursing care and operating efficiency in the operating room.Methods Forty nursing staffs in the operating room from January to December 2017 in the hospital were randomly divided into routine management group and refined management group.The nurses in the routine management group gave routine nursing management measures,and the refined management mode group developed a refined management mode.After the operation,the quality of nursing care and the operation efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of nursing staff in the refined management group on nursing management in the operating room was 100.00%(20/20),while that of the conventional management group was 80.00%(16/20),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.64,P<0.05).The negative emotional evaluation results of the two groups before management were no statistically signifantly difference(P>0.05);the negative emotional evaluation results of the refined management group were better than the conventional management group after management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Relevant indicators of the operation efficiency of the refined management group(average time for surgical preparation,time for surgical pick-up,and time per operation)were better than those of the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the nursing management quality evaluation(operating room sterility,health education quality,item management quality,nursing record quality,item management quality,and basic care quality)in the refined management group were higher than those in the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing the refined management mode in the operating room is definite,which can improve the quality and efficiency of surgical care,reduce the negative mood of nursing staff,and increase the satisfaction of nursing staff.
