摘要
目的 分析门诊护理管理工作中人性化护理服务模式的应用价值.方法 将该院于2017年1月—2018年12月收治门诊患者200例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(n=100)及对照组(n=100),观察组实施人性化护理,对照组实施常规护理干预措施,观察两组患者对护理质量(沟通能力、责任心、操作能力、服务态度)评分情况、患者的护理依从性及护理总满意度.结果 观察组总满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者护理依从率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对观察组患者进行护理质量评分,护理质量评分结果明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在门诊护理管理工作中应用人性化护理,有效提升重症患者的护理依从性、增强患者护理满意度,临床疗效显著.
Objective To analyze the application value of humanized nursing service model in outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 200 outpatients were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100).The observation group was provided with humanized care.The group implemented routine nursing interventions and observed the scores of the two groups of patients on the quality of communication(communicative ability,sense of responsibility,operational ability,and service attitude),the patient's compliance with the care,and the overall satisfaction of the care.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the compliance rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in outpatient nursing management can effectively improve the nursing compliance of patients with severe illness,enhance the patient's satisfaction with nursing,and has a significant clinical effect.
