分析综合护理在小儿疝气手术护理管理中的应用效果

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Nursing Management of Pediatric Hernia Surgery

目的 分析综合护理在小儿疝气手术护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年9月期间于该院行小儿疝气手术治疗患儿553例,其中2018年344例,并作为对照组,2019年209例,作为观察组,予以对照组常规护理管理,观察组综合护理管理,观察两组患儿的并发症发生情况以及疼痛评分、下床活动时间、住院时间与护理满意度情况.结果 观察组的并发症总发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的16.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、下床活动时间、住院时间相较于对照组的均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为97.67%,高于对照组护理满意率(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对接受小儿疝气手术治疗的患儿实施综合护理管理,可减轻术后疼痛程度,降低并发症发生风险,有效提升护理质量.

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in nursing management of pediatric hernia surgery.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,553 cases children with pediatric hernia were treated in the hospital,of which 344 were in 2018,and served as the control group,and 209 cases in 2019,as the observation group and given routine care in the control group,observation group comprehensive nursing management,observation of complications and pain scores,time of getting out of bed,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of children in the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 16.28%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score,time of getting out of bed,and length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management for children undergoing hernia surgery can reduce postoperative pain,reduce the risk of complications,and effectively improve the quality of care.
