摘要 目的 该文旨在分析参与式教学方式于手术室护理带教工作之中的运用效果与运用价值.方法 该次实验选择2018年3月—2019年6月前来该院手术室实习的实习生作为研究对象,总计120名.根据随机分配结果划分为实验组与对照组,每组60名护生.其中对照组护生接受常规护理方式,而实验组护生则接受参与式教学方式.对比两组护生出科考核成绩以及护生对带教工作满意度.结果 实验组理论考核成绩以及实操考核成绩为(90.13±1.3)分与(90.3±2.2)分,相较于对照组(78.2±1.1)分以及(81.4±1.5)分而言更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组护生对带教工作各方面评分也较对照组更高(P<0.05).结论 相较于传统带教模式,参与式教学方法可以显著提高护生理论知识以及实操技能掌握程度,从而提高护生专业素养. Objective The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect and value of participatory teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods In this experiment,120 internships were selected as the research objects from the internship in the operation room from March 2018 to June 2019.According to the random distribution results,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases of nursing students in each group.The nursing students in the control group received conventional nursing methods,while the nursing students in the experimental group received participatory teaching methods.Compare the two groups nursing students'assessment results and their satisfaction with teaching.Results The experimental group's theoretical and practical evaluation scores were(90.13±1.3)points and(90.3±2.2)points,which were higher than the control group(78.2±1.1)points and(81.4±1.5)points.There was a statistically significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Nursing students in the experimental group also scored higher in all aspects of teaching than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,participatory teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students,thereby improving the professional quality of nursing students.
