摘要
目的 情景式教学在妇科临床护理带教中的应用效果.方法 样本选取时间:2018年9月—2019年9月;样本构成:妇科实习生88名;分组情况:随机分为两组(研究组与对照组)各44名.对照组选择常规教学模式,研究组选择情景式教学,对比两种带教模式应用效果、教学满意度、学生实习评价.结果 研究组学生理论分数、实践分数、综合分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组教学满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组学生实习结果评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 情景式教学应用在妇科护理带教中,学生理论成绩、实践操作、综合成绩均有明显提升,有助于提高教学效果、教学质量.并且,情景式教学已经得到学生、指导教师、医护工作者的支持与认可.
Objective The application effect of situational teaching in gynecological clinical nursing teaching.Methods Sample selection time:September 2018 to September 2019;sample composition:88 gynecology interns;grouping:randomly divided into two groups(research group and control group)each with 44 cases.The control group chose the conventional teaching mode,and the research group chose the scenario teaching,and compared the application effects,teaching satisfaction,and student practice evaluation of the two teaching modes.Results The theoretical score,practical score and comprehensive score of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of the internship results of the students in the research group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational teaching in gynecological nursing teaching has significantly improved students'theoretical scores,practical operations,and comprehensive scores,which is helpful to improve teaching effectiveness and teaching quality.In addition,scenario-based teaching has been supported and recognized by students,instructors,and medical workers.
