胸部内科护理实习带教中自我学习的应用价值分析

摘要 目的 探讨在胸部内科护理实习带教中采取自我学习的价值.方法 选取2018年10月—2019年8月该院胸部内科54名护理实习生作为研究对象,依照抽签法随机分为实验组和参照组,各27名.参照组采取常规带教方法,实验组采取自我学习带教方法,对比两组实习学生考核成绩、自主学习能力和带教方法满意度.结果 实验组护理实习生操作技巧(61.5±6.2)分、理论知识(26.9±3.5)分和总分(88.4±7.2)分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理实习生信息能力(36.8±5.2)分、合作能力(23.1±4.6)分和自我管理能力(36.5±4.3)分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理实习生对带教方法满意度96.30%高于参照组74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胸部内科护理实习带教中采取自我学习带教方法,可提高实习学生的学习主动性和积极性,使学生更多地掌握护理知识. Objective To explore the value of self-learning in nursing practice teaching of chest medicine.Methods From October 2018 to August 2019,54 nursing interns in the hospital's Department of Chest Medicine were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to the lottery method,with 27 each.The reference group adopted the conventional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted the self-learning teaching method,and compared the two groups of interns'assessment results,autonomous learning ability,and satisfaction with the teaching method.Results The operation skills(61.5±6.2)points,theoretical knowledge(26.9±3.5)points and total score(88.4±7.2)points of the nursing intern in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The information ability of the nursing intern in the experimental group(36.8±5.2)points,cooperation ability(23.1±4.6)points,and self-management ability(36.5±4.3)points were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the nursing trainees in the experimental group was 96.30%higher than the teaching method of the reference group of 74.07%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-learning and teaching method in nursing practice teaching of chest medicine can improve the learning initiative and enthusiasm of students in practice,and enable students to master more nursing knowledge.
