摘要
目的 探讨在急诊科开展配合抢救培训的过程中,设置情景模拟护理教学法的价值.方法 选取2018年1—12月该院62名实习护生作为研究对象,随机分为两组.对照组31名,开展常规护理教学;分析组31名,开展情景模拟护理教学法.结果 ①分析组理论成绩、实际操作成绩,与对照组相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=18.122、13.217,P=0.000、0.000);②分析组各项评价满意度情况与对照组相比均体现数值更优,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.286、11.474、7.884、5.905,P=0.000、0.001、0.005、0.015);③分析组96.77%表示对学习感兴趣,与对照组54.84%相比在数值上明显更优,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.862,P=0.000).结论 急诊科护生需要具备更高的职业素养,在面对突发状况时能够从容不迫地与其他医护人员配合,从而提高患者的抢救成功率.情景模拟护理教学法的开展,能够通过创设与现实情景更为接近的教学环境,让学生在氛围中产生真实感受,达到提高学生成绩、对教学满意度以及学习兴趣的效果.
Objective To explore the value of setting up scenario simulation nursing teaching method in the emergency department's process of cooperative rescue training.Methods From January to December 2018,62 internship nursing students in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group was included in 31 to carry out routine nursing teaching.The analysis group included 31 students to develop a scenario simulation nursing teaching method.Results 1.The theoretical and practical scores of the analysis group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(t=18.122,13.217,P=0.000,0.000);2.Satisfaction of each evaluation of the analysis group Compared with the control group,the situation showed better numerical values and significant differences between the groups(χ^2=13.286,11.474,7.884,5.905,P=0.000,0.001,0.005,0.015);3.96.77%of the analysis group expressed interest in learning Compared with the control group,54.84%,it was statistically significantly better in value and the difference between the groups was tatistically significant(χ^2=14.8624,P=0.0001).Conclusion Nursing students in emergency department need to have a higher professional quality,and can easily cooperate with other medical staff when facing emergencies,so as to improve the success rate of rescue.The development of the scenario simulation nursing teaching method can create a teaching environment that is closer to the real situation,so that students can have real feelings in the atmosphere,and achieve the effects of improving student performance,teaching satisfaction and learning interest.
