摘要
目的 分析阶段式带教方法在骨科护理实习生教学中的效果.方法 在该院骨科科室中选取2018年4月—2019年4月共120名实习护理生作为该次研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组骨科实习护理生采用常规教学方法,实验组骨科实习护理生采取阶段式带教方法.比较两组骨科实习护理生的考核成绩和骨科实习护理生对教学方法的满意度.结果 实验组骨科实习护理生的考核成绩高于对照组骨科实习护理生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组骨科实习护理生的满意度高于对照组骨科实习护理生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在骨科科室中采用阶段式带教方法对实习护理生进行教学,可以提高实习护理人员的考核成绩和相应技能,提高实习护理人员对教学方式的满意度,在临床中对骨科实习护理人员的教学中具有推广价值.
Objective to analyze the effect of the stage-based teaching method in the teaching of orthopedic nursing trainees.Methods A total of 120 nursing interns from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected in the orthopedic department of the hospital for this study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The control group of orthopaedic trainee nursing students adopted the conventional teaching method,while the experimental group of orthopaedic trainee nursing students adopted the stage-based teaching method.Compare the performance of the two groups of orthopaedic trainee nursing students on the assessment and the satisfaction of the orthopaedic trainee nursing students with the teaching methods.Results The test was higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),being statistically significant;the satisfaction of the orthopedic internship nursing students was higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a stage-based teaching method for teaching nursing interns in the orthopedic department can improve the performance of nursing interns in the assessment and corresponding skills,improve the satisfaction of nursing interns with the teaching method,and have generalized value in the teaching of orthopedic nursing interns in the clinic.
