The Implementation and Effect of Blood Collection During the 2018 Harmonious Mission Overseas Medical Services

目的 海外医疗服务期间门诊采血组用充足的准备、规范的流程、完善的制度、专业的技能服务于各国民众.方法 通过充分对人员组成、物品、环境、语言、制度、职业防护等工作的准备,分别对军政要员、成年民众、儿童实施采血工作.结果 穿刺成功率为:军政要员100.00%,儿童92.85%,民众99.52%.穿刺满意度:军政要员100.00%,儿童(包括家长)100.00%,普通民众100.00%.护士针刺伤发生率为0.00%.结论 较高的穿刺成功率和满意率,增强到访国政府及民众对任务的认同感,展现了我国护理人员的良好技能和职业素养,进一步深化医院船海外医疗服务的内涵,为未来常态化的海外医疗服务提供了可借鉴的经验.

Objective Outpatient blood collection groups in overseas medical services serve the people of all countries with adequate preparation,standardized processes,perfect systems,and professional skills.Methods By fully preparing personnel composition,items,environment,language,system,occupational protection,etc.,blood collection work was performed for military and political leaders,adult citizens,and children.Results The puncture success rates were:100.00%of military and political figures,92.85%of children,and 99.52%of the population.Puncture satisfaction:100.00%of military and political personnel,100.00%of children(including parents),100.00%of ordinary people.The incidence of needle stick injuries by nurses was 0.00%.Conclusion The high puncture success rate and satisfaction rate enhance the government and people’s recognition of the mission in the visiting countries,demonstrate the good skills and professionalism of nursing staff in China,further deepen the connotation of overseas medical services of hospital ships,and provide lessons to be learned for future regularization of overseas medical services.
