摘要
500万吨/年常减压蒸馏装置离心泵P-115/1属第三类泵,由于近年来装置加工原油性质发生变化,该机泵长期振动超标。为寻求产生振动的原因,从机泵检修质量,管线配置,流量偏离3个方面进行探究,最终确定原因是流量偏离引起的振动,对此采取了叶轮切削的措施,解决了设备振动问题。
The centrifugal pump P-115/1 in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of 5 million tons/year belongs to the third type of pump.Due to the changes in the nature of the crude oil processing in the unit in recent years,the vibration of the pump exceeds the standard for long.In order to find out the cause of vibration,this paper probes from the aspects of maintenance quality of pump,pipeline configuration and flow deviation,and finally determines that the reason is the vibration caused by flow deviation.
