摘要
工业中常见的反应器、闪蒸罐等组成的多容器,生产工艺流程操作步骤繁杂。连续性生产进料波动、液位变化等原因使反应过程易出现超压等危险。对系统装置进行危险和可行性操作性分析,采用SDG-HAZOP和风险矩阵相结合的技术对其进行安全评价,对提高装置工艺安全水平有重要作用。
Multi-containers consisting of reactor,flash tank and the like are commonly seen in industry.The production process and operation steps are complicated because of the fluctuation of feed and the change of liquid level in continuous production.The reaction process is prone to over-pressure and other dangers.Hazard and feasibility operation analysis of the system device and the safety evaluation are carried out by combining SDG-HAZOP and risk matrix technology,which plays an important role in improving the process safety level of the device.
