基于“工匠精神”的高职人才职业素质教育调查改革实践研究

经济社会发展离不开“工匠精神”,创新驱动召唤“工匠精神”。培养“工匠精神”是高职院校落实国家教育方针的必然要求,是为企业社会发展提供充分工匠型人才的重要举措,是高职院校培养新时代建设者的重要途径,是学生未来成长和可持续发展的必备素质。高职院校开展以培育“工匠精神”为先导的职业素质教育,将促进学生对工匠精神的内涵及重要意义提高认识,激发向工匠学习的热情,为学校探索加强高职人才职业素质教育的有效举措,经过“育本、铸魂、强基、塑品”的教学实践,培养更多地适应新时代需要的工匠人才。

Economic and social development is inseparable from the“craftsman spirit”under the calling of innovation-driven.Cultivating“craftsman spirit”is a necessary requisition for higher vocational colleges to implement national education policy,which is a significant action to provide sufficient craftsman type talents for enterprise and social development,an important means for higher vocational colleges to cultivate builders of the new era,and a necessary quality for the future growth and sustainable development of students.The vocational quality education in higher vocational colleges,which is guided by the cultivation of“craftsman spirit”,will promote students'awareness of connotation and significance of craftsman spirit,stimulate their enthusiasm to learn from craftsmen,explore effective measures to strengthen vocational quality education for higher vocational talents,and train more craftsmen talents to meet the needs of the new era through the teaching practice of“nurturing from the foundation,casting the soul,strengthening the foundation and shaping the products”.
