摘要 随着计算机网络技术、Virtual Reality技术、数字全媒体技术以及智能控制技术的高速发展和推广应用,以计算机系统、模拟操纵单元和全媒体反馈单元为核心构成的各种模拟实训考核系统已成为当今重大生产设备或过程控制操作人员上岗培训的必备手段,越来越受到全世界多行业的认可,并在建筑、航空航天、能源工业,大型装备制造、石油化工、交通运输等领域得到广泛使用。目前,焊接模拟实训考核系统已逐步成为培训焊接专业技能人员的关键节点之一。引入并应用焊接模拟实训考核系统应成为进一步丰富专业实训资源的有效手段。 Along with the computer network technology,Virtual Reality technology,digital media technology and the rapid development of intelligent control technology and application,computer system,analog control unit and the entire media feedback unit as the core of the various practice examination system has become the major production equipment or process control operation personnel training necessary means,which is recognized by many industries around the world and finds large application in construction industry,aerospace,energy,large-scale equipment manufacturing,petrochemical,transportation and other fields.At present,the welding simulation training assessment system has gradually become one of the key nodes in training welding professionals.The introduction and application of welding simulation training system should be an effective means to further enrich professional training resources.
