临床产科中无痛分娩技术应用效果及疼痛程度评估

Application Effect and Pain Degree Evaluation of Painless Delivery Technology in Clinical Obstetrics

目的研究临床产科中无痛分娩技术应用效果及疼痛程度评估。方法该研究方便选择该院2017年1月—2019年8月收治的80例产妇作为研究对象,随机均分为两组后,对照组予以常规分娩技术,研究组采取无痛分娩技术,统计两组产妇镇痛效果、分娩结局、各个产程的时间、预后状况以及并发症发生率。结果研究组镇痛效果有效率为100.0%显著高于对照组77.5%,(χ^2=10.141,P=0.001),剖宫产率以及新生儿窒息率相较于对照组更低,第一产程、住院时间以及总产程和对照组对比更短,产后2 h失血量、产时失血量和对照组对比更少,产后出血以及产后疼痛发生率相较于对照组更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇第二产程以及第三产程时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛分娩技术应用于产妇分娩过程中,能够有效改善妊娠结局,减轻产妇的痛苦,缩短产程,在临床医学中值得应用。

Objective To study the application effect and pain degree of painless delivery technology in clinical obstetrics.Methods In this study,80 pregnant women who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were conveniently selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine delivery techniques.The study group adopted painless delivery techniques.The analgesic effect of the two groups was counted,the outcome of labor,the duration of each stage of labor,the prognosis,and the incidence of complications.Results The effective rate of the analgesic effect in the study group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,77.5%(χ^2=10.141,P=0.001),the cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were lower than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the first stage of labor,hospital stay,and total labor period were shorter,the blood loss at 2 h postpartum,the blood loss at the time of delivery were less compared with the control group,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum pain was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the time between the second and third stages of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The painless delivery technique applied in the delivery process of maternal women can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes,lessen the pain of maternal women and shorten the labor process,which is worthy of application in clinical medicine.
