提高脑卒中偏瘫康复疗效中应用双侧肢体功能训练的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Bilateral Limb Function Training in Improving the Curative Effect of Stroke Hemiplegia

目的探讨提高脑卒中偏瘫康复疗效中应用双侧肢体功能训练的效果。方法于2017年3月—2019年1月方便选取该院80例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,实施单侧肢体功能训练的40例纳入对照组,另40例实施双侧肢体功能训练纳入试验组。对比两组患者的运动功能评分变化情况,比较两组患者日常生活活动能力评分变化情况,并比较两组患者的医疗服务满意度。结果入院时两组患者运动功能评分及日常生活活动能力评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),1个月后及3个月后的评分对比均以试验组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.165,P=0.023)。结论脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中双侧肢体功能训练的应用效果较好,能更好地促使患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力提升,临床价值较高。

Objective To discuss the effect of applying bilateral limb function training in improving the curative effect of stroke hemiplegia.Methods From March 2017 to January 2019,Convenient selection of 80 patients with stroke and hemiplegia in the hospital,40 cases of unilateral limb function training were included in the control group,and another 40 cases of bilateral limb function training were included in the experimental group.Compare the changes in motor function scores of the two groups of patients,compare the changes in the scores of daily life activities of the two groups of patients,and compare the medical service satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results At admission,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of motor function and daily life activities between the two groups(P>0.05).The score comparison after 1 month and 3 months was higher in the test group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the test group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.50%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.165,P=0.023).Conclusion The application of bilateral limb function training in stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation therapy is better,it can better promote the improvement of patients'motor function and daily life activities,and the clinical value is higher.
