针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤患者中应用的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤患者中应用的效果评价。方法方便选取2018年10月—2019年10月间该院收治的78例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照硬币两面法分为研究组(n=39例)与对照组(n=39例),研究组采用针对性护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,比较两组护理效果、患者心理状况及生活质量。结果护理效果:研究组护理效果94.87%高于对照组76.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.186,P=0.023)。心理状况:研究组患者心理状况评分[SAS(31.13±2.84)分、SDS(31.32±2.63)分]明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分[日常生活功能(59.01±9.94)分、心理功能(67.98±8.89)分、社会功能(66.98±7.01)分、物质功能(69.12±8.03)分]相较对照组明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者具有显著的临床护理效果,既能改善患者心理状况,又能提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect evaluation of targeted nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods Seventy-eight patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were conveniently selected as the research object.They were divided into a research group(n=39 cases)and a control group(n=39 cases)according to the coin two-sided method.In the study group,targeted nursing intervention was used,and in the control group,conventional nursing intervention was used to compare the nursing effects,psychological status,and quality of life of the two groups.Results Nursing effect:The nursing effect of the study group was 94.87%higher than that of the control group 76.92%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.186,P=0.023).Psychological status:the psychological status of the patients in the study group[SAS(31.13±2.84)points,SDS(31.32±2.63)]points was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Quality of life:The quality of life of the study group[daily life function(59.01±9.94)points,mental function(67.98±8.89)points,socialfunction(66.98±7.01)points,materialfunction(69.12±8.03)points]was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a significant clinical nursing effect on patients with uterine fibroids.It can not only improve the psychological status of patients,but also improve the quality of life of patients.
