摘要
目的探讨肢体语言沟通与个性化护理结合应用在小儿护理工作中的临床效果。方法方便选取2018年10月—2019年10月该院收治的80例小儿患儿作为观察对象,通过电脑分组法将患儿分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组患儿安排常规的护理,对实验组采用肢体语言沟通与个性化护理结合应用的模式,观察对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果对照组小儿患儿采用常规护理,护理依从率为72.5%,实验组小儿患儿采用肢体语言沟通与个性化护理结合应用方式后,护理依从率为92.5%,实验组与对照组对比护理依从率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.541,P=0.019<0.05)。结论在小儿患儿护理工作中采用肢体语言沟通与个性化护理结合应用效果显著,能够有效增加患儿对护理的依从性,提高护理效果,缩短住院时间,促进患儿早日康复。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of body language communication and personalized nursing in pediatric nursing work.Methods Eighty pediatric patients admitted in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were conveniently selected as observation objects,and the patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group by computer grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group arranged routine care,and used a combination of body language communication and personalized care in the experimental group to observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The pediatric patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the compliance rate was 72.5%.The experimental group pediatric patients used body language communication and personalized nursing combined application method,the nursing compliance rate was 92.5%,the experimental group and the control group compared with the nursing compliance rate was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.541,P=0.019<0.05).Conclusion The use of body language communication combined with personalized nursing in pediatric patient care has a significant effect,which can effectively increase the patient's compliance with nursing,improve the nursing effect,shorten the hospital stay,and promote the patient's early recovery.
