新生儿黄疸的综合护理体会

Comprehensive Nursing Experience of Neonatal Jaundice

目的对黄疸新生儿护理中综合护理的应用效果进行探究。方法方便选取该院新生儿科2018年1月—2019年5月期间收治入院的84例新生儿黄疸为例,根据电脑随机法将其分为对照组(42例,常规护理),研究组(42例,辅以综合护理),比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,研究组首次排胎便时间(t=35.874)、胎便转黄时间(t=64.605)、血清胆红素水平(t=17.524)少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿家长护理满意度95.24%高于对照组76.19%(χ^2=6.222,P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率4.76%低于对照组19.05%(χ^2=4.086,P<0.05)。结论综合护理有助于降低新生儿血清胆红素水平,加速首次排胎便及胎便转黄,从而减少不良事件,提高家长护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the care of jaundice neonates.Methods Convenient selected 84 neonatal jaundice admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 as an example,and divided them into a control group(42 cases,routine care)and a research group(42 cases,supplemented by comprehensive nursing),compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing,the study group had the first time to defecate(t=35.874),the time for feces to turn yellow(t=64.605),and the serum bilirubin level(t=17.524)were less than the control group(P<0.05);Parental nursing satisfaction rate was 95.24%higher than the control group 76.19%(χ^2=6.222,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group was 4.76%lower than the control group 19.05%(χ^2=4.086,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can help reduce the serum bilirubin level of newborns,accelerate the first defecation and yellowing of feces,thereby reducing adverse events and improving parental care satisfaction.
