静疗护理小组在重症医学科静脉治疗中的应用及其安全性分析

Application and Safety Analysis of Intravenous Therapy Nursing Group in Venous Therapy in Intensive Care Department

目的探究静疗护理小组在重症医学科静脉治疗中的应用及其安全性。方法便利选取该院2018年1—12月收治的2280例静疗患者作为该次的研究对象,将2018年1—6月该院收治的1212例静疗患者作为对照组,实施常规静脉滴注护理,将2018年7—12月该院收治的1068例静疗患者作为研究组,并在对照组的基础上加以实施静疗小组管理。比较两组生活质量以及并发症、满意度,并进行评估、分析。结果研究组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率3.1%低于对照组9.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.847,P=0.036);研究组患者满意度97.8%高于对照组89.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.195,P=0.033)。结论在临床静疗工作当实施静疗小组管理,能有效提高临床的生活质量以及护理的安全性,还能提高患者对于临床护理的满意度,值得推广以及应用。

Objective To explore the application and safety of the static therapy nursing team in the venous treatment of critical medicine.Methods 2280 patients with static therapy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were convenient selected as the study object,and 1212 patients with static therapy admitted to our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group,to implement routine intravenous drip care,1068 cases of static therapy patients admitted to our hospital from July to December 2018 were used as the research group,and the static therapy group management was implemented on the basis of the control group.Compare the qualiey of life,complication and satisfaction of the two groups,and evaluate and analyze.Results The quality of life scores of patients in the study group were higher the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of compliacation in the study group was 3.1%lower than that of the control group 9.2%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.847,P=0.036);97.8%of patients in the study group were higher than 89.1%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.195,P=0.033).Conclusion When implementing static therapy group management in clinical static therapy,it can effectively improve the quality of life of nursing,and also improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing.It is worthy of promotion and application.
