腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者围术期行快速康复护理对康复速度的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy Patients Undergoing Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation Speed

目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者围术期行快速康复护理对康复速度的影响。方法方便选取2017年8月—2019年7月在该院接受腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的患者共64例,分为研究组和常规组,研究组行快速康复护理措施,常规组行常规护理措施,比较两组的临床效果以及对患者康复速度的影响。结果研究组的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间以及住院时长均显著短于常规组,且护理满意评分显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.320、7.315、4.515、5.989、4.683,P<0.05)。同时研究组的并发症发生率为6.25%,显著低于常规组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.267,P=0.039)。结论快速康复护理在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者围术期中的应用效果显著,有助于加快康复速度。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy patients undergoing rapid rehabilitation nursing on the speed of rehabilitation.Methods Convenient select a total of 64 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were divided into a research group and a routine group,compare the clinical effects of the two groups and the impact on the speed of recovery of patients.Results The time to get out of bed,the time of anal exhaustion,the time of first defecation,and the length of hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,with statistical significance between the groups(t=6.320,7.315,4.515,5.989,4.683,P<0.05).At the same time,the complication rate of the study group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than the 25.00%of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.267,P=0.039).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping is significant,which helps to speed up the recovery.
