祛风化痰活血通络方加减联合中药封包在风痰瘀阻证急性脑梗死中的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Qufeng Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Recipe Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Acute Cerebral Infarction with Wind Phlegm Stasis Syndrome

目的探析祛风化痰活血通络方加减联合中药封包在风痰瘀阻证急性脑梗死中的治疗效果。方法方便选取2018年5月—2019年5月于该院收治的80例风痰瘀阻证急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组与参照组,每组40例。参照组用西药治疗;实验组在对照组的基础上用祛风化痰活血通络方加减联合中药封包治疗;对比两组疗效、神经功能缺损评分、生活能力评分、血液流变学指标变化。结果实验组有效率为95.00%高于参照组的75.00%(χ^2=6.274,P=0.012<0.05);实验组的NIHSS评分低于参照组,ADL评分高于参照组;实验组的血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数变化及红细胞聚集指数较参照组变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论祛风化痰活血通络方加减联合中药封包治疗风痰瘀阻证急性脑梗死患者,能改善患者神经功能与日常生活能力,并有效控制血液流变学各项指标,治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qufeng Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine package on acute cerebral infarction with wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were convenient selection selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Western medicine;the experimental group was treated with Qufeng Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group;the curative effect,neurological deficit score,viability score,and hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%higher than that of the reference group 75%(χ^2=6.274,P=0.012<0.05);the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the reference group;the index change and erythrocyte aggregation index were more significant than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qufeng Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Recipe and Chinese medicine package in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction due to wind-phlegm stasis syndrome can improve the patients'neurological function and daily life ability,and effectively control various indicators of hemorheology.
