Objective To explore the application effect of dual-source CT chest pain sequence cardiothoracic vascular one-stop imaging technique in patients with acute chest pain. Methods 88 patients who underwent chest vascular examination were convenient selected and subjected to chest pain serial angiography examination from March 2018 to April 2019.Determine the full-dose exposure time according to heart rate.Patients with heart rate≤75 beats/min are divided into low radiation dose group(group A,n=20)and conventional radiation dose group(group B,n=22),heart rate>75 beats/min;the patients were divided into a low radiation dose group(group C,n=23)and a conventional radiation dose group(group D,n=23),and compared image quality score and the effective radiation dose of each group. Results The examination images of the four groups were satisfactory, and there was no statistically significant difference in image quality scores(P>0.05);the effective dose of group B was(6.98±0.84)mSv,which was higher than that of group A(4.99±0.28)mSv(P<0.05);The effective dose of group D was(4.80±0.80)mSv,which was higher than that of group C(2.37±0.34)mSv(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute chest pain with stable heart rate can be diagnosed with low-dose chest pain sequence,so as to buy time for disease treatment.
