硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压患者的效果 被引量:1

Effects of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium sulfate in treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

摘要 目的:观察硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压患者的效果。方法:选取81例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41),对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后脐动脉阻力指数、红细胞比容、血液黏度、24 h尿蛋白水平、血压水平,不良反应发生率和不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组脐动脉阻力指数、红细胞比容、血液黏度、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压效果显著,能有效控制血压,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,且未明显增加不良反应。 Objective:To explore effects of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium sulfate in treatment of patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension.Methods:81 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with Magnesium sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Nifedipine combined with Magnesium sulfate.Then,the efficacy,umbilical artery resistance index,hematocrit,blood viscosity,24-hour urine protein level,blood pressure level,incidence of adverse reactions and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the umbilical artery resistance index,hematocrit,blood viscosity,and 24-hour urine protein level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nifedipine combined with Magnesium sulfate has a significant effect in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.It can effectively control the blood pressure and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes without significantly increasing the adverse reactions.
