摘要 目的:探讨抗凝剂浓度和血液标本放置时间对血常规检验参数的影响。方法:选取54名健康体检者为研究对象,采集各受检者血液标本进行血常规检验,根据不同乙二胺四乙酸二钾浓度选择标准浓度2.0 mg/mL、低浓度1.0 mg/mL、高浓度4.0 mg/mL三种不同抗凝浓度的血液标本,分别检测并比较放置5 min、4 h、24 h血液标本的血常规参数,包括白细胞、血红蛋白、淋巴细胞、红细胞、血小板水平。结果:1.0 mg/mL和4.0 mg/mL抗凝浓度血液标本的检验参数随放置时间延长而降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.0 mg/mL抗凝浓度血液标本放置5 min、4 h、24 h时,各检验参数水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抗凝浓度为2.0 mg/mL时,血液标本的血常规检验参数水平不受血液标本放置时间影响。 Objective:To explore effects of anticoagulant concentration and blood specimen storage time on blood routine test parameters.Methods:54 health subjects in this hospital were selected as the research objects,and the blood sample of each subject was collected for routine blood test.The standard concentration of EDTA-K2 for clinical application is 1.5-2.2 mg/mL.The dose was doubled according to different concentrations:standard concentration 2.0 mg/mL,low concentration 1.0 mg/mL,and high concentration 4.0 mg/mL.The blood parameters of the blood specimens stored for 5 min,4 h,and 24 h were detected and compared,including the levels of white blood cells(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),lymphocytes,red blood cells(RBC),and platelets(PLT).Results:The test parameters of the blood samples with 1.0 mg/mL and 4.0 mg/mL anticoagulant concentrations decreased with the prolonged storage time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,for the blood samples with 2.0 mg/mL and stored for 5min,4h and 24h,there were no statistically significant differences in the test parameter levels.Conclusions:When the anticoagulant concentration is 2.0 mg/mL,the blood test parameter levels of the blood sample are not affected by the storage time.
