手卫生干预对养老机构护理人员手卫生依从性的影响

Effects of hand hygiene intervention on hand hygiene compliance of nursing staffs in endowment institutions

目的:探讨手卫生干预对养老机构护理人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法:采用整体抽样法抽取2018年4月至9月上海市民政局市属三家养老机构(上海市第一社会福利院、第三社会福利院、第四社会福利院)的333名在岗护理人员作为研究对象,对其进行为期2个月的手卫生宣教培训干预。比较干预前后护理人员手卫生指征知晓率和手卫生依从性。结果:干预后,护理人员各场景手卫生指征知晓率和手卫生依从性均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手卫生干预可提高养老机构护理人员手卫生指征知晓率和手卫生依从性。

Objective:To explore effects of hand hygiene intervention on hand hygiene compliance of nursing staffs in endowment institutions.Methods:333 nursing staffs from three endowment institutions affiliated to Shanghai civil affairs bureau(Shanghai first social welfare institute,third social welfare institute,and fourth social welfare institute)were selected by using the clustering sampling method from April to September 2018.These subjects received a 2-month hand hygiene education and training intervention.Then,the awareness rate of hand hygiene indications and hand hygiene compliance of these nursing staffs were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the awareness rate of hand hygiene indications and hand hygiene compliance were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hand hygiene intervention can improve the awareness rate and compliance of hand hygiene among the nursing staffs in the endowment institutions.
