“虚装实训”指挥推演教学模式研究

Research on teaching mode of virtual equipment-based practice training of command deduction

着眼雷达兵分队指挥员作战指挥能力培养,提出"虚装实训"指挥推演教学模式.该教学模式依托雷达预警模拟训练系统,运用信息化手段,构建虚拟的训练平台环境;采用"实战牵引、任务驱动、信息支撑、临机导调"的教学策略,实现指挥推演训、教、导、评一体,支撑实战化教学训练.教学实践表明,该教学模式可有效提高学员的综合指挥能力和岗位任职能力,教学训练效益显著.

Focusing on the cultivation of radar unit commanders’ combat command competence, this article processes a teaching mode of virtual equipment-based practice training of command deduction. The teaching mode relies on the radar early warning simulation training system and uses information technology to build a virtual training platform environment, and then adopts the teaching strategies of"actual combat traction, task drive, information support, timely direction and coordination according to circumstances"to realize the integration of command deduction training, teaching, guidance and evaluation, and to support warfighting-oriented teaching and training. Teaching practice shows that the teaching model can effectively improve students’ comprehensive ability and post vocational competence, and that the benefits of teaching and training are remarkable.
