摘要
目的探讨郑州市膝关节骨关节炎中医证候分布特点。方法随机抽取河南省直第三人民医院骨科门诊2016年10月至2018年10月膝关节骨关节炎患者400例,调查问卷收集资料,数据采用对应分析。结果400例膝骨关节炎患者基本证候分别为肾虚髓亏型202例,占50.5%;阳虚寒凝型54例,占13.5%;瘀血阻滞型92例,占23.0%,兼夹型52例占13.0%,其中肾虚髓亏兼阳虚寒凝型26例(占6.5%)、阳虚寒凝兼瘀血阻滞型12例(占3.0%)、虚髓亏兼瘀血阻滞型14例(占3.5%)。结论对应分析将膝骨性关节炎辨证分为肾虚髓亏、阳虚寒凝、瘀血阻滞,肾虚髓亏合并阳虚寒凝型,肾虚髓亏合并瘀血阻滞型,阳虚寒凝合并瘀血阻滞型;兼夹型在本次调查对象中占有一定的比例。
Objective To explore the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndromes of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in the City of Zhengzhou.Methods Four hundred patients with KOA were randomly selected from the orthopaedic clinic of the third people's Hospital of Henan Province and the Affiliated Hospital of Northwest University for nationalities.The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by correspondence analysis.Results The basic syndromes of 400 cases of KOA were:kidney-marrow deficiency syndrome in 202 cases,accounting for 50.5%;Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type in 54 cases,accounting for 13.5%;blood stasis block type in 92 cases,accounting for 23.0%Among them,26,12 and 14 cases were kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency and yang deficiency and cold coagulation,Yang deficiency and cold coagulation and blood stasis respectively,accounting for 6.5%,3.0%and 3.5%respectively.Conclusion According to correspondence analysis,KOA can be divided into kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency,Yang deficiency and cold.Blood stasis block,kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency combined with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation,kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency combined with blood stasis block,Yang deficiency and cold coagulation combined with blood stasis block,and the mixed clamp type occupies a certain proportion in this survey.
