血液透析患者丙型肝炎病毒抗体弱阳性结果分析

摘要 血液透析是针对肾脏病终末期患者采用的一种常规治疗措施。由于患者原有基础疾病的影响,免疫力降低,血液制品的经常使用,以及其他各种医源性因素,使得此类人群丙型肝炎的发病率明显高于普通人群[1]。丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染率较高,可导致肝脏慢性炎症损伤,进而可发展为肝纤维化、肝硬化,甚至肝癌等严重后果,是较为严重的全球性公共卫生问题[2]。HCV感染同时也是慢性肾衰竭维持性透析患者病死率增高的一个重要因素[3]。
