摘要 以一款重型商用半挂牵引车的开发为例,为了进一步提高燃油经济性和优化换挡策略,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行整车模型搭建和性能仿真分析。通过比较分析不同类型的发动机与变速箱组合的动力系统匹配方案,并运用自编的换挡瞬间实时扭矩与转速程序实现整车的燃油经济性仿真计算。研究表明:比较并优选出最佳的动力匹配方案使燃料消耗量低至31.03 L/100 km,使用自主开发的换挡策略对重型商用车的性能有一定的提升。并对目标车型进行转鼓试验验证,试验测量与仿真结果的误差为4.5%,满足法规要求,验证了模型的准确性。 Taking the development of a heavy-duty commercial semi-trailer tractor as an example,in order to further improve fuel economy and optimize shift strategy,MATLAB/Simulink software is used to build the whole vehicle model,simulate and analyze its performance.By comparing and analyzing the power system matching schemes of different types of engine and gearbox combinations,the fuel economy simulation calculation of the whole vehicle is realized by using the self-made real-time torque and speed program at the moment of shifting.The research shows that the best power matching scheme is compared and optimized,so that the fuel consumption is as low as 31.03 L/100 km,and the self-developed shift strategy can improve the performance of heavy-duty commercial vehicles to some extent.The drum test was carried out on the target vehicle,and the error between the test measurement and simulation results was 4.5%,which met the requirements of regulations and verified the accuracy of the model.
