摘要 为了探究发动机油摩擦磨损性能对整车油耗的影响,采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机,在黏度等级为5W30和0W20的发动机油中添加具有不同量钼的摩擦改进剂,进行摩擦磨损性能测试。通过整车NEDC油耗试验,进一步验证了在发动机油中加入适量的摩擦改进剂可以降低摩擦副之间的摩擦因数,减小磨痕直径。降低发动机油黏度和加入摩擦改进剂均可降低整车油耗,改善燃油经济性。SRV摩擦磨损试验与整车油耗试验有较好的一致性。测试油样最高可降低油耗0.057 L/100 km,降耗百分比为0.791%。 In order to explore the influence of the friction and wear properties of engine oil on vehicle fuel consumption,SRV friction and wear tester is used to test the friction and wear properties of engine oil with viscosity grade of 5W30 and 0W20 by adding friction modifier with different amount of molybdenum.Through the vehicle NEDC fuel consumption test,it is further verified that adding appropriate friction modifier into the engine oil can reduce the friction factor between friction pairs and reduce the diameter of wear scar.Reducing engine oil viscosity and adding friction modifier can reduce fuel consumption and improve fuel economy.SRV friction and wear test and fuel consumption test have good consistency.The maximum fuel consumption can be reduced by 0.057 L/100 km and the percentage of consumption is 0.791%.
