摘要
电阻炉具有纯滞后时间较长、惯性较大等复杂特点,其温度较难控制。文章通过Matlab/Simulink分别对PID控制、Smith控制和模糊控制3种不同算法进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了比较分析。分析结果表明,模糊控制算法的控制结果较为理想。
The resistance furnace had the complex characteristics of long time delay and large inertia,its temperature was difficult to control.In this paper,three different algorithms of PID control,Smith control and fuzzy control were simulated by Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the control results of fuzzy control algorithm were ideal.
