近年来,ERP的实施应用在中国得到了迅速发展,大多数企业通过实施ERP提高了管理水平,改善了业务流程,提升了企业竞争力。但是也存在部分企业应用ERP失败的案例,合理的实施过程、高效的企业应用对企业成功应用ERP软件至关重要。文章就ERP实施过程以及ERP在企业应用过程进行分析,阐述企业成功应用ERP的关键点。

In recent years,the implementation and application of ERP has developed rapidly in China,and most enterprises have improved their management level,business process and competitiveness by implementing ERP.But there are also some failure cases of ERP application in some enterprises,reasonable implementation process,efficient enterprise application is ERP important to the successful application of enterprises.Therefore,this paper analyzes the implementation process of ERP and the application process of ERP in enterprises,and expounds the key points of successful application ERP of enterprises.
