摘要
前轴是非断开式转向从动桥最主要的零件,其结构强度直接影响整车安全性、可靠性、行驶稳定性、转向轻便性,其中锻造前轴由于重量轻、承载好而被广泛应用。文章详细介绍了锻造前轴的设计过程及校核方法,通过此方法可快速进行正向设计和类比分析,为此类产品分析设计提供思路方法。
The front axle is the most important part of the unbroken steering driven axle.Its structural strength directly affects the safety,reliability,driving stability and steering portability of the vehicle.Among them,forged front axle is widely used because of its light weight and good bearing capacity.In this paper,the design process and check method of forging front axle are introduced in detail.Through this method,forward design and analogy analysis can be carried out quickly,which provides an idea for the analysis and design of such products.
