摘要
文章对重卡平衡悬架模块进行了定义,明确了平衡悬架模块的模块划分、控制参数和接口定义,对不同车型平台上,平衡悬架模块的应用进行了说明。根据设计应用结果,平衡悬架模块化设计提高了零部件的通用化率,通过子模块的灵活使用,在标准化设计中实现了柔性设计。
This paper defines the balanced suspension module of heavy truck,defines the module division,control parameters and interface definition of balanced suspension module,and explains the application of balanced suspension module on different vehicle platforms.According to the design and application results,the modular design of balanced suspension improves the universality rate of components,and through the flexible use of sub-modules,the flexible design is realized in the standardized design.
