摘要
应用Cruise构建了纯电动物流车整车性能仿真模型。以动力性和经济性为综合目标,对电机额定功率、额定转速,过载系数和总传动系数进行了稳健性优化设计。优化后的动力参数使整车动力性和经济性更好的同时,也更能容忍车辆载荷等噪声因素的波动对整车性能的影响,可为相关参数匹配提供借鉴。
The simulation model of the whole vehicle performance of pure electric logistics vehicle is built by using cruise.Taking the power and economy as the comprehensive goal,the robust optimization design of the rated power of the motor,rated speed,overload coefficient and total transmission coefficient is carried out.The optimized dynamic parameters make the vehicle more dynamic and economical,and also more tolerant of the impact of noise factors such as vehicle load on vehicle performance.
