一种商用车桥整体式结构差速器设计

摘要 文章介绍了一种商用车桥差速器新结构,该差速器行星轮在一个整体式的差速器壳体内,十字轴为分体式结构。实际工作时,四根分体式轴组合形成一个完整的差速器十字轴,与传统的差速器十字轴相比,这种分体式十字轴相对应的整体式差速器壳也不须再采用总成加工,减少了加工、转运、装配的费用;这种十字轴的差速器壳在售后更换时,无须成套更换,这大大减少了用户的维修成本;再一方面,这种分体式十字轴结构简单易于加工,不需要定制模具,直接采用圆柱形棒料加工即可。通过采用这种新结构差速器及分体式十字轴,为生产制造、装配及用户使用维修带来方便,为现有商用车的差速器结构优化改进带来可借鉴的思路。 This paper introduces a new structure of commercial vehicle axle differential.The planet wheels of the differential are in an integral differential housing,and the cross shaft is of split structure.In actual work,four split shafts are combined to form a complete differential cross shaft.Compared with the traditional differential cross shaft,the integral differential housing corresponding to this split cross shaft does not need to be processed by assembly,which reduces the cost of processing,transportation and assembly.When the differential case of this cross shaft is replaced after sale,it does not need to be replaced in a complete set,which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of users.On the other hand,the split cross shaft is simple in structure and easy to process,and can be directly processed by cylindrical bar materials without customized dies.By adopting this new structure differential and split cross shaft,it brings convenience for production,assembly and user's use and maintenance,and brings reference ideas for optimizing and improving the differential structure of existing commercial vehicles.
