汽车仪表性能测试系统设计

Automotive Instrument Performance Test System Design

文章以T-ZB172A型组合仪表为研究对象,利用LabVIEW软件设计汽车仪表性能测试的系统。该系统能够对汽车仪表中的车速表、转速表、燃油表、水温表以及各种信号灯进行数据采集同时将采集到的数据与数据库中存储的标准数据进行比对从而实现对仪表性能的测试。基于LabVIEW软件设计的仪表测试系统结构简单,界面简洁,易于操作且成本低廉。

This paper takes the T-ZB172A combination instrument as the research object,and uses LabVIEW software to design the system of automobile instrument performance test.The system can collect data on speedometers,tachometers,fuel gauges,water temperature meters and various signal lights in automotive meters.At the same time,the collected data is compared with the standard data stored in the database to test the performance of the meter.The instrument test system based on LabVIEW software is simple in structure,simple in interface,easy to operate and low in cost.
