摘要
文章以提高某款乘用车排气一级消声器固定支架使用寿命为例,通过对支架的材料、厚度、槽型梁结构的分析;结合实车具体情况进行优化,提升支架的使用寿命。通过Hyper Works验证支架的应力集中情况和位移大小,理论验证该方案的可行性。通过路试试验,实车验证了该方案的效果,结果表明:排气系统一级消声器支架优化有效。
