某轿车横置二级消声器可见度优化的研究

横置二级消声器可以节约底盘布置空间,并且便于实现双排气管的造型效果,因此在轿车设计中应用广泛。但是横置二级消声器存在隐蔽性较差的缺点,在某些情况下影响整车后部视觉效果。因此如何更好地隐藏二消,是底盘布置和车身布置的重要考虑因素。文章结合某车型现状,提出若干优化方案,并分析评价可行性和效果。

The crosswise exhaust muffler can save space of chassis.And facilitate the realization of double exhaust pipe molding effect.Therefore,it is widely used in car design.However,the horizontal two-stage muffler has the disadvantage of poor concealment,in some cases,the rear image of the vehicle effect.Therefore,how to better hide the secondary muffler is an important consideration for chassis layout and boay layout.Combined with the status quo of a certain vehicle,this paper proposes several optimization schemes,analyzes and evaluates the feasibility and effect.
