保险杠的生产通常是批量量产,然而在实际情况中,量产带来的诸如生产组织不合理、能源浪费多、辅料成本高等问题却是不容忽视的。文章针对这些问题,从三个方面提出解决措施,从而达到降低生产制造成本的目的。

The production of bumpers is usually mass production.However,in reality,the problems caused by mass production such as unreasonable production organization,excessive energy waste,and high cost of auxiliary materials cannot be ignored.In view of these problems,the article proposes solutions from three aspects,so as to achieve the goal of reducing manufacturing costs.
