“Supporting Wisdom”:the Core Behavioral Goal of Targeted Poverty Alleviation for College Students'Volunteers

自习近平总书记提出精准扶贫思想以来,各方社会力量以不同的途径和方式参与农村脱贫攻坚。大学生志愿者在参与精准扶贫行动中,以“扶智”为核心行为目标,利用自身专业特长和行为优势,通过深入农村贫困地区宣传国家扶贫政策、开展义务助学支教、实施创业技能培训、组织文体艺术活动等方式,助力农村脱贫攻坚。

Since the general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea of accurate poverty alleviation,all social forces have taken part in the rural poverty alleviation in different ways.In the process of participating in the targeted poverty alleviation,with“supporting wisdom”as the core behavioral goal,college student volunteers make use of their own professional expertise and behavioral advantages,publicize the national poverty alleviation policy in rural poverty-stricken areas,carry out voluntary education programs,implement entrepreneurship skills training,organize cultural and art activities and other ways to help rural poverty alleviation.
