摘要
液氨采用SCR脱硝方法在燃煤电厂已得到广泛应用,根据国家相关规定,液氨储罐作为压力容器需要最多3年检测1次。介绍了液氨储罐采用水置换的方案,说明了采用该方案的原因,分析了该方案的风险点以及实施要点,并确定该方案具有合理性和可行性,为同类方案实施提供一定参考。
Liquid ammonia is widely used in SCR denitrification in coal-fired power plant.According to the relevant regulations of the state,liquid ammonia storage tank is required to be tested at most once every three years for pressure vessel.This paper introduces the scheme of water replacement for liquid ammonia storage tank,explains the reasons for adopting the scheme,analyzes the risk points and implementation points of the scheme,and determines the rationality and feasibility of the scheme,which provides some reference for the implementation of similar schemes.
