摘要
对某电厂卧式电袋复合除尘器的压差增大原因进行分析,烟气中SO3的浓度升高、滤袋老化、锅炉煤质变化、反吹风机出力降低是造成滤袋黏结、通道堵塞、阻力增大主要原因,可以通过脱硝系统的优化调整、加强检修管理、优化燃煤掺烧结构、提高吹扫能力等措施,减少滤袋积灰,降低除尘器压差,确保机组安全运行。
It analyzes the reason for the increase in pressure difference of a horizontal electric bag composite dust collector in a power plant.The increase in the concentration of SO3 in the flue gas,the aging of the filter bag,the change in the coal quality of the boiler,and the decrease in the output of the reverse blower are the causes of the filter bag adhesion.The main reasons for blockages and increased resistance can be reduced by optimizing the adjustment of the denitration system,strengthening maintenance management,optimizing the coal combustion structure,and improving the purge capacity to reduce dust accumulation in the filter bag and reduce the pressure difference of the dust collector to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
