摘要
石油类污染物是水质监测的一项常规指标,针对2018年10月生态环境部发布的HJ 970—2018紫外分光光度法测定地表水石油类污染物方法探究,找出了测定水库石油类污染物结果偏高的原因。同时,与GB 17378.4—2007方法比对测定海水中石油类污染物,其中,HJ 970—2018和GB 17378.4—2007线性相关系数r均大于0.999,样品加标回收率均在90%以上。HJ 970—2018方法的相对标准偏差为1.5%~2.3%,相对误差为-0.8%~2.4%;GB 17378.4—2007方法的相对标准偏差为1.6%~2.9%,相对误差为-2.4%~2.4%。通过实际样品比对,试验结果表明,HJ 970—2018适合海水石油类污染物的测试。对于近海岸海水浴场,GB 17378.4—2007不能排除动植物油类污染物对测定结果的影响,HJ 970—2018能够较准确地测定近海岸海水浴场石油类污染物。
Petroleum pollutant is a common index for water quality monitoring.Method of determining petroleum pollutant in surface water by HJ 970—2018 UV spectrophotometry established by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in October 2018 was explored,and the reason for the higher petroleum pollutant results in reservoirs was found out.Simultaneously,comparing with GB 17378.4—2007 method to determine petroleum pollutant in seawater,HJ 970—2018 and GB 17378.4—2007 linear correlation coefficient were greater than 0.999,recovery of water samples added with petroleum standard were greater than 90%,relative standard deviations of HJ 970—2018 method were 1.5%~2.3%,relative errors were-0.8%~2.4%,relative standard deviations of the method of GB 17378.4—2007 were 1.6%~2.9%,and relative errors were-2.4%~2.4%.By actual sample comparison,experimental results showed that HJ 970—2018 was suitable for testing petroleum pollutant in sea water.For sea water near off shore beaches,GB 17378.4—2007 could not exclude the influence of animal and vegetable oils pollutant on measurement results.HJ 970—2018 could more accurately determine petroleum pollutant in sea water near off shore beaches.
