压力容器常用钢板的横向与纵向力学性能差异

摘要 现行标准中规定压力容器筒体的卷制方向应与钢板轧制方向一致,以克服钢板横向力学性能不足的缺点。为验证压力容器常用钢板的横向、纵向力学性能差异,对3家钢厂生产的厚6、8、10、12、14mm的压力容器用Q345R、Q245R钢板分别进行横向、纵向力学性能试验。试验结果表明:除C厂生产的厚14mm的Q245R钢板的纵向冲击吸收能量比横向冲击吸收能量最大值大104%以外,其他钢板的横向力学性能与纵向力学性能试验结果的差异较小,所有测试项目的试验结果均高于标准规定的指标。故建议标准取消对中低压薄壁压力容器圆筒卷制方向的限制。 The present Standards stipulate that the winding direction of pressure vessel cylinders should be consistent with the rolling direction of the steel plates so as to eliminate insufficiency of transverse mechanical properties of the steel plates. In order to verify the difference between transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of the steel plates commonly used in pressure vessels,the transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of Q345 R and Q245 R steel plates for pressure vessels of 6 mm,8 mm,10 mm,12 mm and 14 mm produced by three steel mills were tested respectively.The test results showed that,the longitudinal impact absorption energy of the 14 mm Q245 R steel plates manufactured by C plant is104% greater than the maximum value of the transverse impact absorption energy,and the difference between the transverse and the longitudinal mechanical properties of other steel plates is small,and the test results of all test items are higher than the indexes the standards specified. The restrictions on the cylinder rolling direction of medium and low-pressure thin-walled pressure vessels stipulated by the Standards should be removed.
