摘要
利用FLUENT 15.0实现流场数值模拟,采用混合模型和湍流标准k-ε模型,研究储罐用浮动式油品调和装置的调和性能和结构优化,分析其流速变化和出口油密度平均值。结果得出,储罐用浮动式油品调和装置可以有效解决储罐中的油料分层问题,且无需其他动力,并提出结构改进的方案,得到的出口油密度平均值误差明显减小。
Making use of FLUENT 15.0 to simulate flowfields and having hybrid model and turbulent standard k-ε model adopted to analyze both performance and structural optimization of the floating oil blending device for storage tanks,including the changes of oil’s flow velocity and the average value of oil density at the storage tank outlet. The results showed that,the floating oil blending device for storage tanks can effectively solve oil stratification there and does not require other power. The structural improvement scheme proposed here can obtain a more accurate oil density’s average value at the tank outlet.
