摘要
依据能量守恒原则,为充分利用抽油机运动件的惯性能量,建立了抽油机变速驱动力模型、求解方法和全周期优化运行方法。计算结果表明:合适的变速运行方案能够提高系统效率和节电率,降低电机功率峰值和扭矩峰值,降低减速箱扭矩峰值和悬点载荷峰值。油田应用结果表明:变速优化技术能够提高抽油机井系统的综合工作性能,提高产量,降低能耗,提高安全性。
Basing on the principle of energy conservation and to make full use of the inertial energy of the pumping unit,the variable speed driving force model of the pumping unit,the solution method and the full cycle optimization operation method were proposed. The calculation results showed that,an appropriate variable speed operation scheme can improve system efficiency and power-saving rate,reduce motor power peak and torque peak,as well as reduce gearbox torque peak and suspension point load peak. Oilfield application results indicated that,the variable speed optimization technology can improve the comprehensive performance of the pumping well system,increase the production yield and reduce the energy consumption as well as improve the operation safety.
