配注器接头与连接套剩余强度有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Residual Strength of Joint and Sleeve of Injection Distributor

结合大庆油田某采油厂注水井的实际工况,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,以实测缺陷情况为依据,模拟研究了缺陷位置和缺陷尺寸对配注器接头与连接套剩余强度的影响。结果表明:配注器连接套外壁的球形蚀坑缺陷对螺纹齿连接强度影响较小,主要影响连接套内离端面最近的一扣啮合螺纹所在的截面;蚀坑所在位置对等效应力的影响较大,距连接套端面17mm处的蚀坑对危险截面影响最大,腐蚀坑深度和工作压力是影响接头与连接套剩余强度的主要因素。

Considering the actual working condition of water injection well in Daqing oilfield’s oil production plant,having ABAQUS and the actual defect situation based to simulate the influence of both defect location and size on the residual strength of the injection distributor’s joint and adapter sleeve was implemented to show that,the spherical pit defect on the outer wall of the joint sleeve has little effect on the strength of the screw tooth connection,which mainly affects the cross section of the nearest engagement thread in the joint sleeve,and the position of the pit also has a great influence on the equivalent effect force.The pit at 17 mm away from the end face of the joint sleeve has the greatest influence on the dangerous cross section and both the depth of corrosion pit and working pressure are the main factors which affecting the residual strength of the joint and adapter sleeve.
