摘要 电机电磁场与温度场分布特性研究是小型电动汽车用高功率密度感应电机研制的重要部分之一,建立所设计电机的三维有限元仿真模型,利用电磁热耦合分析方法研究电机的电磁特性和三维温度场分布特性。结果表明,电机整体磁密分布均匀,整体温度符合B级绝缘电机正常运行要求,电磁热耦合仿真结果验证了所设计电机的合理性。 The research on the electromagnetic field and temperature field distribution characteristics of the motor is one of the important parts of the development of high power density induction motor for small electric vehicles.The three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the designed motor was established.The electromagnetic characteristics and three-dimensional temperature distribution characteristics of the motor were studied by electromagnetic thermal coupling analysis method.The results show that the overall magnetic density distribution of the motor was uniform,and the overall temperature meets the normal operation requirements of the Class B insulated motor.The electromagnetic thermal coupling simulation results verified the rationality of the designed motor.
